Hotel Policy – Pike Inn Le Roy

1. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply. Please contact the front desk in advance.

2. Age Requirement

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to check in. A valid government-issued photo ID and an accepted credit or debit card are required at the time of check-in.

3. Payment Policy

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable incidental deposit may be required at check-in.
  • Prepaid Cards: Not accepted for reservation guarantee or check-in purposes.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Typically available up to 24 hours before the check-in date (may vary by rate plan).
  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Subject to a one-night room and tax charge.

Please refer to your specific reservation confirmation for cancellation deadlines and terms.

5. Pet Policy

  • Pets Allowed: Yes
  • Fee: $10.00 USD per pet, per night
  • Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per room
  • Weight Limit: 50 lbs per pet
  • Pet-Friendly Rooms: Limited; please call ahead to confirm availability

Pets must not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

6. Smoking Policy

  • Smoke-Free Facility: All guest rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking
  • Outdoor Smoking Areas: Designated areas available
  • Penalty Fee: A $150 cleaning fee will be charged for violations of the non-smoking policy

  • Linen/Towel Refresh: Available upon request for extended stays

11. Wi-Fi and Internet

  • Free High-Speed Wi-Fi: Available in all guest rooms and throughout the property

12. Guest Behavior Policy

  • To ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, disruptive behavior, excessive noise, or unlawful activity will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to evict without refund for violations.

13. Damages & Property Care

  • Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to hotel property. A charge will be applied for any excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items discovered post-checkout.
